Service Description

Detailed history will be taken, followed by physical exam and assessment to determine the cause of the presenting issue. Once the diagnosis is made, a detailed plan including home exercises, do's/don'ts, and treatment options will be discussed. Initial assessment will also include treatment if appropriate.
