Sam graduated from a Bachelors in Kinesiology at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in 2005, followed by a M.Sc. of Physical Therapy at Queen's University at Kingston, Ontario, Canada in 2007.

He spent 17 years of his career working in Canada in private physiotherapy practice. He was the owner and clinical manager at Picton Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinic for 12 years. Sam sold his business in 2023 so he could take his family to fulfill their dream of working and living in Jalisco, Mexico, where he is an exicited new resident!

Sam has taken many courses in advanced manual therapy, manipulation, acupuncture, dry needing techniques, and treating vestibular disorders, especially BPPV. He is also a certified breathwork instructor and has a holistic approach to his care.

 

His passion is seeing people overcome physical barriers so they can live their best life, and to their fullest potential - whether its playing a sport, or just being able to be active with their loved ones.

Sam and his wife have 2 children, and live in Ajijic. He loves birdwatching, being in the outdoors, and recently a new student of pickleball.
